Year 5/6 AFL Gala Day

The AFL Gala Day is a sporting event for all students in Years 5/6 which will be held at Fawkner Park, South Yarra. The event offers children the opportunity to play AFL in an enjoyable competition against other schools in our district. Students will gain experience with working cooperatively, demonstrating fair play, building camaraderie and performing movement sequences which link with fundamental movement skills.

The $15 paid for the soccer gala day in term 1 covers participation in all of our gala days this year. There is therefore no payment required from families who paid this amount.
There is a $15 cost for those families who did not pay for the soccer gala day in term 1.
We need parent helpers to attend on the day to support with leading the small groups of students. Further information on how to help will be sent out shortly.
