Performing Art at SKiPPS
Students are introduced to the different elements of dance, drama, and music (such as space, tempo, pitch, energy, and characterisation) through songs, percussion activities, dance routines and drama games. They develop skills and techniques to manipulate the different elements to create their own performance pieces.
School Choir
St Kilda Park has a general school choir for all students (Foundation to Year 6) and a senior choir for our older students. Students perform at school assemblies and community events.
Celebration of the Arts
The Performing Arts form a key part of our Celebration of the Arts event. Every student in the school is supported to perform at the event through musical, drama, or dance performances.
