Foundation Hands on Science Weather Incursion

This hands on Incursion will provide students with a good understanding of how different kinds of weather events occur. Students study the movement of water and air to learn how rain is produced. They also model the water cycle, cyclonic movement and rain formation.

The cost for this event is $16 per student. Families need to make payment for this amount through COMPASS. Due to uncertainty regarding school operations due to COVID-19, families have not been charged an ‘excursion levy’ this year and we will instead be asking parents to pay for activities such as this incursion on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. This activity supports our classroom learning.
